The bank relied in preparing its internal systems on the governance guide issued and approved by the Central Bank of Libya, as the Board of Directors approved this guide for its clarity and transparency and meets the needs of the institution to be compatible with local and international governance standards, until the completion of the review and approval of the bank’s guide, and the guide approved by the Central Bank can be viewed here.
